Public instances

ElfHosted hosts free public instances of a number of Stremio addons, such as AIOStreams, MediaFusion and Jackettio. Each one is linked to this page from the footer of its configuration page. This page sets out how those public instances work, and what applies when you use one.

Whose software it is

Each public instance runs an addon written and maintained by its own developer, who is named in the footer of the instance. In most cases we host the instance on that developer's behalf. Where a developer runs their own preferred instance (Comet, for example), we credit them and host ours alongside it.

The addon's features, behaviour and results are decided by its developer, not by ElfHosted. A few of the addons are our own projects, and their footers say so.

What you get

  • Free and shared. Public instances are free to use, with no account, and are shared by everyone who uses them.
  • No promises. They're provided as they are, with no uptime commitment. We may rate-limit, change, pause or withdraw any public instance at any time, without notice.
  • Fair use. Our Acceptable Use Policy applies. Automated, bulk or commercial use of a public instance isn't permitted.
  • Your own accounts. Any account you connect, such as a debrid provider, is your own, and your use of it is between you and that provider.

Support

We don't provide support for public instances. Our support channels, including Discord tickets and help@elfhosted.com, are for customers' private instances only.

For help with a public instance, go to the addon's developer or its community channels, which are linked from the developer's name in the footer.

If you'd like an instance of your own, with our support, most of the addons we host publicly are also available as a private instance from the ElfHosted store.

If you believe something available through a public instance infringes your copyright, use our copyright report form or email copyright@elfhosted.com. Every report is reviewed by a person. Copyright reports are welcome from anyone, whether or not you're a customer.
