Report copyright infringement

If you believe something available through an ElfHosted service infringes your copyright, let us know using the form below or by email. Every report is reviewed by a person.

What to include

  • Your name and contact details, and whether you're the rights holder or acting for them
  • The work or works you're reporting, one per line. A title and year, or an IMDb ID, is ideal
  • Which ElfHosted service it relates to, and where you found it (URLs, IMDb IDs, or info hashes, if you have them)
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that your report is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you're the rights holder or authorised to act for them
  • Your electronic signature (typing your full name is fine)

Send the same details to copyright@elfhosted.com. The link opens your email app with a template of everything we need, ready to fill in.

What happens next

  1. You'll get an automatic acknowledgement with a reference number straight away.
  2. A person reviews your report. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
  3. If we need more information, we'll reply to the address you gave us. Reports that don't identify the work can't be acted on.

If you think something was removed or blocked in error, email copyright@elfhosted.com and tell us what and why.

Reports about the Usenet service bundled with NzbDAV have their own process, described in our Notice & Takedown policy.
