ElfBuckz
"ElfBuckz" is our "in-store credits" system, originally used for daily app subscriptions. These days it covers two things: account refunds and credits, and paying for your subscriptions with Bitcoin, which saves you 10%.
ElfBuckz Balance / Topup
To see your ElfBuckz balance and top it up, visit your account funds page.
If the top-up on that page doesn't work for you, there's a fallback ElfBuckz Topup product. It's priced at $1, so set the quantity to the number of dollars you want. Buy it on its own rather than alongside a subscription you intend to pay for in ElfBuckz, since the balance only lands once that order goes through.
Save 10% by topping up with Bitcoin
The 10% comes off the top-up itself, so a balance bought with Bitcoin costs you 10% less than its face value. You then spend that balance on subscriptions at face value, in the usual way, which is how the saving reaches whatever you're running.

Crypto payments sit outside the refund policy
As set out in our refund policy, cryptocurrency payments are not covered by it. Top up an amount you're comfortable committing.
Spending ElfBuckz
Simply use ElfBuckz as your payment gateway when buying app subscriptions, or use your balance as a part-payment when using a regular payment gateway.
