Need help? Most ElfHosted support happens in Discord, because it's the fastest way to reach both the ElfHosted team and experienced community members.

1. Join Discord

If you're not already in the ElfHosted Discord:

1. Open discord.elfhosted.com
2. Accept the invite and sign in with your Discord account
3. Read the welcome / rules prompts so the support channels become visible

Once you're in, use the option below which best matches what you need.

2. Pick the right support channel

Support options are sorted below in terms of how quickly you'll usually get a response:

Instant	Ask the AI to parse our docs and spit out the answer, in the #elf-ai-rtfm channel.
Quick	Direct your question to the helpful humans in #elf-friends - there's normally experienced users around willing to help if you frame a question like "Where do I find.. ?", or "How do I add ...?"
Self-paced	Check the docs for the particular app you need help with
Be patient	Create an #elf-help ticket for private support
